Over two one-hour sessions, you will get tailored support on the following: assess your strengths and talents, interests and core values; outline a direction and set of measurable goals; understand the dynamics of the work experience; identify options and choices to create a plan of action; and learn how to enhance your personal brand.

Executive Career Coaching

Transitioning to the NGO Sector from the Private Sector: Corporate executives who are interested in successfully transitioning from corporate to the non-government organization (NGO) sector will need a plan of action to move forward.

You will get support on the following: assessment of your work experience, strengths, interests and core values; outline the steps needed to make the transition; you will understand the work environment and dynamics of the NGO sector; and together we’ll identify options and choices to create a strategic plan of action.

Corporate Volunteer Program

Setting up and Managing a Corporate Volunteer Program: You and your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) office will get elite tailored support and guidance in establishing and managing an in-house volunteer support program for employees who are interested in giving back.
