Be the Change
International Public Health and Human Rights Student Career Coaching: This is perfect for students who are interested in a role in the international public health and human rights sectors. I will help you understand what you need to do to successfully enter into this career path.
Over two one-hour sessions, you will get tailored support on the following: assess your strengths and talents, interests and core values; outline a direction and set of measurable goals; understand the dynamics of the work experience; identify options and choices to create a plan of action; and learn how to enhance your personal brand.
Transitioning to the NGO Sector from the Private Sector: Corporate executives who are interested in successfully transitioning from corporate to the non-government organization (NGO) sector will need a plan of action to move forward.
You will get support on the following: assessment of your work experience, strengths, interests and core values; outline the steps needed to make the transition; you will understand the work environment and dynamics of the NGO sector; and together we’ll identify options and choices to create a strategic plan of action.
Setting up and Managing a Corporate Volunteer Program: You and your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) office will get elite tailored support and guidance in establishing and managing an in-house volunteer support program for employees who are interested in giving back.
We will focus on the following: developing a strategic plan of action, team development, group coaching, volunteer referrals, and monitoring and evaluation.
